24-Hour Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
